Steven is an experienced real estate professional and a dedicated community member. A husband to Jennifer and father to Maraya, who attends Stonebridge. Steven has been helping people build and manage their real estate wealth since 2003. His extensive career covers various aspects of real estate, from traditional resale, REO, property management, investment, and corporate relocation to commercial real estate. With over a thousand transactions closed and hundreds managed, Steven brings a unique skill set and unparalleled experience to the table. He is also actively involved in his community, participating in organizations such as Roc Solid, Mercy Drops, and Oasis, and attends Alive Church.

Chris was born and raised in Bucks County, PA, and is a proud Penn State University alumni, earning his degree in Energy Business and Finance before commissioning as an officer in the U.S. Navy. His career as a Naval Aviator eventually brought him to the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area, where he and his wife, Taylor, have put down roots. Along the way, Chris and Taylor have acquired six properties across the country, relying on trusted property managers for their out-of-state investments while personally maintaining and managing their local properties. Chris is committed to providing a seamless and stress-free property management experience in Coastal Virginia. With clear communication, attention to detail, and personalized service, he ensures you’re informed and supported every step of the way. April is the Operations Manager at SPM, ensuring seamless daily operations with dedication and expertise. With over 12 years of experience in Customer Service and Customer Success, she is passionate about creating exceptional experiences, developing effective policies, and optimizing processes. She has also spent more than a decade in property management, joining SPM in 2021, where she plays a key role in onboarding, documentation, and streamlining operations. Beyond her career, April is a devoted wife to Edwin and a loving mother to their son, Nathan. She has a heart for service and is actively involved in organizations supporting children with Biliary Atresia and various outreach programs. April and her family are deeply rooted in their faith, growing spiritually and embracing Christian values through Every Nation/Victory Church.
