We don't just move tenants in and then forget about your asset. We proactively manage your property by completing a 6 month semi annual and a full 12 month annual inspection ensuring proper maintenance of your asset through the years.
Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.
